Sighnaghi & wine – Group tour from Tbilisi

The tour starts at 09:00 from Tbilisi. The first stop is local family bakery in the village Badiauri. Here we taste a freshly baked “Shoti” bread and cheese. Also, we see a Georgian oven – Tone where “Shoti” bread is baked. The next destination is St. Nino’s convent in Bodbe. There are multiple buildings and a beautiful garden in the monastery. There is a magnificent view to Caucasus mountain range from there. Afterwards we drive to Sighnaghi – the town of love. We walk trough the narrow streets of the town and explore the great wall of Sighnaghi. Meanwhile it’s already the lunch time. We stop in the local restaurant with a very delicious cuisine and a nice view of the town. On the way back we visit Chailuri castle and take a wine tasting tour in KTW winery. Here we try couple of wine and a shot of Chacha. Also, guests can buy wine and sport drinks here. Once the last glass is drunk we drive back to Tbilisi and finish the tour in our office.
