Day 1 — Mestia (1,500 m) → Zhabeshi (1,850 m)

• Distance: ~12 km
• Typical walking time: 4–6 hours (moderate pace, breaks)
• Elevation gain: +400 m
• Elevation loss: ~0–50 m
• Difficulty: easy–moderate

Overnight: guesthouse in Zhabeshi

Day 2 — Zhabeshi (1,850 m) → Adishi (2,040 m)

• Distance: 12 km
• Typical walking time: 4–6 hours
• Elevation gain: +150–250 m
• Elevation loss: ~0–150 m
• Difficulty: easy–moderate

Overnight: guesthouse in Adishi

Day 3 — Adishi (2,040 m) → Iprali (1900 m)

• Distance: ~16 km
• Typical walking time: 7-8 hours
• Elevation gain: +300 m
• Elevation loss: ~440 m
• Difficulty: moderate (longer day, some uneven ground)

Overnight: guesthouse in Iprali

Day 4 — Iprali (1900 m) → Ushguli (2,200 m)
