Program of tour:
Day 1 – Kazbegi Tour starts at 08:00 by picking up guests from hotels in Tbilisi. Start your tour at Jvari Monastery, a 6th-century orthodox monastery near Mtskheta. Listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the monastery stands on a rocky mountain above the confluence of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers, overlooking Mtskheta, the old capital of Georgia. Continue to Zhinvali Water Reservoir, located on the Georgian Military Highway. Learn the history of this Soviet dam, constructed in the 1980s. Then, arrive at the Ananuri Fortress, the seat of the Eristavis (Dukes) of Aragvi. Discover the intriguing plots of this feudal dynasty that ruled the area from the 13th century. Explore the site of numerous historic battles and take in the magnificent scenery — ideal for landscape photography. After Ananuri Fortress, have lunch in Pasanauri, the homeland of the most famous traditional Georgian food, Khinkali. Admire the Friendship Monument of Georgian and Russian people in Gudauri. Located on the Georgian Military Highway between Gudauri ski resort and the Jvari Pass, the memorial consists of a large round stone arch and concrete structure overlooking the Devil's Valley in the Caucasus Mountains. Then, arrive at Kazbegi, and explore one of the most beautiful places in Georgia: Gergeti Trinity Church. The church is located under Kazbegi Mountain, 2170 meters above sea level, and offers spectacular panoramic views of the entire valley. Enjoy the serene natural beauty of this isolated marvel. Finish your tour at the Rooms Hotel Kazbegi. Relax with a cup of coffee in their stylish restaurant and soak up the stunning views of Kazbegi. Once we arrive in Tbilisi we drop off all guests in the hotels. Overnight in Tbilisi Day 2 - Canyons & Cave Tour starts from 06:00 by peaking up guests from hotels in Tbilisi. At 9 a.m. we stop at a cozy café in Kutaisi for breakfast break. After breakfast the first stop is Prometheus cave that is 1,4 km long and is located 80 meters below surface level. In the cave there is a hall of love where people even get married. Here you can enjoy with underground boating. It’s cool, isn’t? After visiting the cave we are heading to Martvili canyon. Meanwhile it’s time for lunch. Our lunch break is at local restaurant. At the canyon we take a boat tour through the canyon and explore depth of it along waterfalls. The final attraction on tour is Okatse canyon. This is the deepest canyon in Georgia with hanged bridges and sky walks. There are 2 ways to achieve bridge: trekking on 6 km route and taking off-roading taxi. Off-roading is pretty impressive experience. Finally, when we are exhausted and full with emotions we go back to Kutaisi and finish the tour at 19:00. Overnight in Kutaisi Day 3 – Batumi Tour starts at 07:30 by picking up guests from hotels in Kutaisi. The first stop is Europe square and statue of Medea. Then we move to Piazza square and to Church of St. Nicholas. From here we go to Batumi port. Afterwards group visits moving statue of Ali & Nino. The next stop is alphabet tower of Batumi. Then we walk down boulevard and through dancing fountains park. The last stop of our excursion is The Drama Theatre of Batumi and statue of Neptune. Here we have lunch break. Tour continues at 14:00 and we’re heading to Makhuntseti where we try to escape from heat of Batumi. The first stop is water reservoir of river Adjaristskali. Then we are heading to Makhuntsety waterfall that is one of the highest waterfalls in Georgia. Afterwards we go down to King Tamar’s bridge that was built in 14th century, where guests are able to jump from bridge and swim in freezing mountain river. The next stop is Mirveti waterfall to achieve it we have to cross hanged bridge and walk through village. Once we have visited all places we go back to Batumi and finish tour at Europa square. Overnight in Batumi Day 4 – Kutaisi, Wine & Dine Tour starts at 06:30 from by picking up guests in Batumi. At 9 a.m. we stop at a cozy café in Kutaisi for breakfast break. After breakfast at 10:00 we start walking tour from the central square of Kutaisi. Here guide tells about history of Georgia and Kutaisi. After taking pictures at fountain group continues down to central park where are located statue of sister “Ishkhnelebi” and memorial of “9 April”. Afterwards we pass by Kutaisi city hall, Opera house and visit “Mon Plasir” arch. Then we pass by the first gymnasium and visit white bridge, then go through park of love and visit Golden marquee palace. Then we go to central grocery market called “Mtsvane Bazari”. After short shopping we go to Kutaisi History Museum After museum we drive up to Bagrati cathedral that overlooks the city. It was built in 11th century as a symbol of united Georgia. Afterwards we move to Gelati monastery of 12th century. There are 3 big churches, an academy, grave of David the builder, bell tower and houses of monks in the complex. It was built by the greatest Georgian King David The Builder. Then we move to Motsameta monastery that is related to story of tortured brother lords David and Constantine Mkheidze. It’s built on the cliff and is surrounded by the river from 3 sides. The nature and colors around monastery are amazing. By the Lunch time we visit family winery “Baia’s wine” located in Bagdati municipality, village Obcha. Firstly, Baia and Gvantsa (Baia’s sister) show us vineyard that is just behind their house. Then we move to wine cellar to test several types of wines they have. They produce “Tsolikouri”, “Krakhuna”, “Aladasturi”, “Ojaleshi”, “Otskhanuri Sapere” and of course “Chacha”. Afterwards we sit around big table full of Georgian food. Their mom makes the most delicious Imereian food you’ll ever try. After satisfying lunch we return back to Kutaisi, change vehicle and go to Tbilisi. We reach the city by 23:00 and drop off guests at their hotels in Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi Price
